Ma-Tech focuses on professionalism, and integrity with competent technical delivery. We treat our employees, teaming partners and clients with the utmost respect, and hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards. 

Misconduct is handled seriously, and any unethical behavior will be investigated with a zero-tolerance policy.

Employees may report suspected unethical behavior directly to the CEO. Ma-Tech does not allow retaliation, nor does it tolerate any unprofessionalism.

Any violation of Federal law will be reported to US authorities.

We encourage employees to voice their opinion and will work with them to meet all compliance and regulation requirements.
